Three ways to improve the softness of yarn

Currently, there are three ways to increase the softness of the yarn:
(l) The mechanical method makes the yarn soft, mainly through the soft cloth finishing, destroying the cement film, and the softness of the fiber is expressed after the original color cloth is finished by the soft cloth. The disadvantage is that it is easy to cause the yarn to fluff.
(2) Improve the regain of the yarn, but increase the resurgence of the yarn to a certain extent. If the yarn is mildewed, the softness is not improved obviously, or the oil or softener is added to the sizing. However, the above method can only act on the yarn after the winding, which can improve the weaving, and the winding process still has no improvement.
(3) The soft processing of linen roving is also called roving oiling, which makes the single fiber bonding film soft, that is, the softening agent is used to achieve the softness of the fiber.
