National Textile Fabrics Shengze Hall holds “Big Data” training

On December 9th, the National Textile Fabrics Museum Shengze Hall held a “Enterprise Big Data Marketing Training” to attract more than 30 people from corporate leaders and management cadres to participate in the training.

In the afternoon of the same day, the National Textile Fabrics Shengze Pavilion Promotion Center was crowded with people from all major textile companies to gather together to discuss the growth of the company and the future of textiles. At the scene, the organizer invited Yan Shuming, a Chinese marketing system construction expert, to give a lecture. He focuses on how to improve employee motivation, team-driven implementation system and how to put an end to delays in delivery of the order fulfillment process, the quality of customer complaints, the problem of higher cost loss.

“To build an efficient sales team requires three elements. The first element is people, including personal will and personal skills; the second element is the sales process, which is to be formulated from the perspective of psychology and standardization; the third element is the marketing system, system. It is used in data analysis and helps to control the marketing process.” Yan Shuming believes that the sales process system of big data marketing mainly includes five aspects, namely, what to sell, who to sell, who to sell, how to sell, and how to sell better. “This requires enterprises to establish product solution systems, team energy improvement systems, customer relationship management systems, business process standardization systems and market promotion sales systems.” Yan Shuming said.
